What We Do

Kimberly Harris, CEO of Women's HQ and community advocate
I first met Amanda as a participant in one of her lived experience advocacy programs. From that first interaction, it was clear that she doesn’t just believe in centering community — she builds everything around it.

When we co-designed the Elevating Voices Power Summit together, I saw firsthand what it looks like when someone truly treats people with lived experience as experts, not just voices to include. Amanda creates spaces where lived expertise isn’t an afterthought, it’s the whole point.

How We Work

It's not a coincidence that "Collaborative" is in our name. Collaboration, co-creation, and partnership are at the heart of Front Porch's approach to client work, and that starts from the very first conversation.

Every engagement begins with a free 30-minute discovery call where we get to know each other and discuss where your team is and what you're trying to accomplish. From there we'll share a proposal and ensure it reflects your needs. Throughout the engagement we rely on open communication and partnership to make sure what we deliver is grounded in your reality and something your organization can actually build on.

We take on a small number of engagements at a time so we can show up fully for every client. We work best with organizations that are genuinely committed to the communities they serve and ready to build something together. Most of our engagements are ongoing retainer or fractional relationships, though we're open to project-based work when the fit is right.

We're based in the Washington, DC area and work with clients remotely across the country. We are always happy to travel when the work calls for it. We're responsive and respectful of your time — you can expect to hear from us within two business days.
